At Close to Home we can offer your loved one a clean, secure, and loving home. This will become their home, with qualified care providers at their side to assist in any situation. We encourage participation in activities including; cooking, reading, gardening, crafts, social outings twice a month, and going to church.

Close to Home is located in the small community of Harrisburg, just north of Junction City. We are 20 minutes north of Eugene and 25 minutes south of Albany.
