At Close to Home we can offer your loved one a clean, secure, and loving home. This will become their home, with qualified care providers at their side to assist in any situation. We encourage participation in activities including; cooking, reading, gardening, crafts, social outings twice a month, and going to church.
Close to Home is located in the small community of Harrisburg. We are 20 minutes north of Eugene and 25 minutes south of Albany.
